Wendy’s Frosty

this Frosty recipe has a quick history

The creation of this Frosty recipe has a quick history.

First, I got a taste of Soom Foods tahini while shopping at Whole Foods.

Tasty + Women Owned + Local (Philly counts!) = Recommended!

They had a recipe card for a chocolate tahini smoothie that was sitting on my kitchen counter the day my girlfriend popped over.  She is looking to get more protein and less sugar in her life and I didn’t quite have the exact ingredients – so I improvised. Voila, the following recipe was born.  The next day, one of my clients told me that he was having a tough week and almost stopped at Wendy’s for a Frosty on his way to see me (he didn’t though = bravo!).  I told him about this recent recipe creation and he thus named it Wendy’s Frosty. So if you have a craving…try this one and let us know what you think.

100% real food wins

Cheers to high protein, low sugar deliciousness topped with decadent chocolate!
