How One-to-One Coaching Works:

Step One: Book an Initial Consult

Step Two: Complete your health history form

Step Three: We meet face to face, over the phone or via Zoom for about an hour to review your health history, your wellness goals, and how we can best support your well-being. 

 

You are a unique individual and we meet you where you are on your health and wellness journey.

 

One-to-one coaching is about what nourishes you best, exploring ideas such as: 

  • Food and wellness journaling to identify habits and patterns
  • Deconstructing habits that don’t serve and forming new ones
  • Discovering what foods work best for you as an individual
  • Establishing sustained patterns of eating that fit your lifestyle and goals
  • Creating consistent sleep and movement routines
  • Implementing mindfulness tools for addressing stress and resilience
  • Establishing an updated relationship with food

As client and coach, we co-create what works for you. This model leads to lasting change, not short-term, quick fixes. 

We’ve worked with women and men who are exhausted by restrictive programs disguised as a fix. Our clients truly understand that our well-being and progress is unlike anyone else.
