We start with an initial consult to discuss your health history, your health goals and our philosophy. We also set intentions on how to work together moving forward. Sessions are one hour. Every client is an individual and we meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. Each session is unique to the individual and his or her needs. Typically we meet twice a month for six months, though program duration is based on client goals and are customized to meet the person’s needs.
