Ever get tempted by the adds for a shamrock shake?
We decided we needed to create a version we are calling Nourish Shamrock Shake that fills our bellies with nourishment and has that great natural green glow people want.
Here is our twist – we sure hope you will enjoy!
- 1 cup coconut milk(or whatever milk you want)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana or 1/2 avocado
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 t maple syrup (to taste) or 1-2 medjool dates
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- dash of saltshot of espresso (optional)
