Summer Sorbet

Need to cool off? Summer fruit season gives us lots of options to get a sweet-tooth fix plus cool off – enter Summer Sorbet. no sugar addition needed!

Serves 6-8

  • 1 bag frozen mango
  • 1 bag frozen cherries
  • ⅓ cup water (as needed)

Blend everything in a high-powered blender and blend until creamy-smooth. 

Serve immediately and store any extra in the freezer for the week.  

Toppings:

  • Shredded mint would be a really nice topping on a hot summer day.  
  • Coconut flakes add a nice Caribbean flavor.
  • Cacao nibs add a nice, tart crunch.

***Any frozen fruit works – bananas, strawberries, blueberries…
