Bagels traditionally aren’t packed with a lot of nourishment but this super simple version can be made with gluten-free flour (for those who need it) and packs a protein-rich yogurt.
- 1 cup flour*
- 1 cup greek full-fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- pinch salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients till well combined. Form into bagel shape. Top with TJ’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (optional). Bake for 20 minutes – or until golden brown.
*I used Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 gluten-free flour.
