Need to cool off? Summer fruit season gives us lots of options to get a sweet-tooth fix plus cool off – enter Summer Sorbet. no sugar addition needed!
Serves 6-8
- 1 bag frozen mango
- 1 bag frozen cherries
- ⅓ cup water (as needed)
Blend everything in a high-powered blender and blend until creamy-smooth.
Serve immediately and store any extra in the freezer for the week.
Toppings:
- Shredded mint would be a really nice topping on a hot summer day.
- Coconut flakes add a nice Caribbean flavor.
- Cacao nibs add a nice, tart crunch.
