In this week’s episode, they discussed how important it is to ensure that your motivation to move comes from within rather than from external pressures. They also discussed the importance of finding something that you enjoy doing, rather than just “exercising”, as well as the power of the mind-body connection in helping to reduce anxiety and depression. Finally, they encouraged listeners to find small ways to move more, such as adding an extra flight of stairs or going for a walk and seeking help from a trainer if needed.
