Serves two
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 Tablespoon fresh mint
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- protein powder of choice
- 2 cups water
Yummy options to play around with:
- Replace 1/2 the water with coconut milk (we suggest full fat canned coconut)
- Swap out the nut butter with equal amount of seeds of choice such as hemp seeds.
