Serves two

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • protein powder of choice
  • 2 cups water

Yummy options to play around with:

  • Replace 1/2 the water with coconut milk (we suggest full fat canned coconut)
  • Swap out the nut butter with equal amount of seeds of choice such as hemp seeds.
  • Swap the protein powder with plain yogurt for a creamy version.
