- 8 fresh figs, cut in half
- ½ cup fresh ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- Approx. 2 Tablespoons local honey
- 4 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- Sprinkle of salt
