So, get ready to be amazed by Teri’s extraordinary journey, a testament to the fact that sometimes, the most powerful transformations begin with the simplest of steps.
Who is Teri Murray:
Teri’s relationship with health and fitness has oscillated drastically over her lifetime. She has gone from working out 3 times a day, teaching Yoga and Spin classes, and being in the best shape of her life to not working out, feeling depressed, eating and drinking more than she should, and being in the worst shape of her life.
But the change happened for Teri in the summer of 2020, during Covid, when she started a daily 5-mile walk to clear her mind from a break-up. That was it; she doesn’t think she will ever go back. Not only did she get over the guy, but she lost 10 lbs, started to have non-stop energy, and began to crave healthier and healthier foods. She’s in the best shape of her life and mentally in such a great space; she knows it’s from her walk.
Teri’s daily walk has evolved into a streak of over 2 years, 775 days straight, and has COMPLETELY changed her life. Through it, she has inspired those around her who witnessed her journey, inspiring dozens of friends who have started a daily walk or committed to healthier changes. And THAT has inspired HER to keep this going and continue to inspire and motivate others. Web: https://www.terimurray.com/
