Nourish Coaches workshop was very inspirational and informative

I have made a few changes in my eating habits and lifestyle after attending a Gut Health workshop with Nourish Coaches. As an example; drinking more water during the day, eating more whole foods, and limiting processed foods.

The Nourish Coaches workshop was very inspirational and informative.

Implementing these changes along with additional exercise, I have more energy and as a result I have lost weight!
