nourish: a community supported cookbook, is a must for those looking for new ideas on how to eat healthier and cleaner. Very creative smoothies, snacks and main dishes and of course fabulous desserts.
Favorites of mine are the quinoa salad, energy bites and the kale salad. Wendy and Debbie have truly created a community cook book including recipes from many local restaurateurs and holistic health care professionals.
