The first step to living your best life is understanding what being healthy truly means and why you want to be healthy.

To live your most vibrant life, tuning in to key areas of wellness and taking action will help you feel your best.

We get it. It’s tempting. 

But…

Instead of appealing to the traditional fat shaming, deprivation and desperation, we want to turn the diet industry into a wellness movement. 

In a world where you see constant advertisements for “healthy living” that promote “spring cleanses” or “spring detox,” clean eating for 30 days; a two week boot camp, etc, how do we know what will really make us feel better? These programs all concentrate on eating and exercise as the answer to true health. However, when someone else constructs a habit for you (as these programs traditionally do), it may work for the 7, 14 or 30 days, but then what? You go back to your own habits and patterns.  

How do you stop this pattern? How do you keep the positive habits going consistently?  

In our workshops, we tackle this exasperating conflict.

Studies find that people who have a high level of Intellectual, Emotional and Physical Wellness are healthier, happier and live longer. In these workshops, we discuss ways to boost your Wellness IQ and improve your life. 

In each workshop, you will do an assessment to help identify strengths and identify areas you need to boost in order to plan your next steps for longevity and vitality.
