- Emotional Wellness
- Physical Wellness
Studies find that people who have a high level of Intellectual, Emotional and Physical Wellness are healthier, happier and live longer. In this workshop, we discuss ways to boost your Intellectual Wellness IQ and improve your life.
In each workshop, you will do an assessment to help identify strengths and identify areas you need to boost in order to plan your next steps.
