A: We know too well how this feels and this is what motivates us to do things differently. We know the best way to help our clients is to meet them exactly where they are and treat them as a unique person. We are your accountability partners. Q: I don’t have time.

A: Life is super busy so it’s hard to prioritize ourself when so many things in our world wants our attention.  The things we spend time on reflect our core values in life.

Q. It’s a lot of money I can’t really spend that on myself right now. 

A. Yep, it’s an investment. What we spend money on reflects what’s important to us. Your health and well-being is priceless. What you are learning in this group is lifetime material. If you need to spread out payments, you can do that. 

Q: What if I can’t make it to a meeting or two?

A: We understand it’s a busy time of year so we decided to offer the group both in person and via Zoom so you can join from anywhere. We have unlimited private group messaging between session and we’ll also send a summary of material each week after group.

Q: I don’t want to give up any food.

A: We don’t tell you to give up anything. Our coaching approach is to be curious about what’s working for you and what isn’t. We’ll suggest things to add to your routine, ways of eating, habits, etc. It’s your choice to decide whether you want to give anything up or add anything.

Q: I’m a pretty private person and not sure about sharing my personal story in group.  

A. You can share as much or as little as you want. It’s an intimate space that becomes a supportive community. 

Q: What will we be doing in our meetings?

A: We’ll review what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, habit forming techniques, sabotage behavior, intuition, food freedom, cravings and other lifestyle choices that nourish or deplete us.
