6 Month Thrive and Shine Group

It’s time to take care of yourself.

All too often, we see women putting themselves aside, saying yes to everyone but themselves. Over time, this pattern results in not feeling quite right: feeling overwhelmed, brain fog, low energy, poor self-esteem, weight gain, and/or body discomfort, especially at this time of year.

You aren’t alone. 

We’re creating a community to address these feelings and move forward to gain back the vibrance we have always envisioned for ourselves. 

In this group setting, we will work together to:

  • end the diet mentality – it’s a tall order, we know – but we think we’re in a unique position to help shed some light on a beautiful way of looking at food and the culture we create to thrive
  • create emotional resilience and learn how to tap into this feeling when hard decisions need to be made
  • embrace feeling comfortable in your skin
  • learn what to eat, how to eat, when to eat including exploring cravings and food freedom and what that truly means
  • unpack the wisdom of failure and how to stay the course
  • and so much more!!!

January is the ideal time to begin a wellness journey. In six months, it will be June, just in time to feel your most energetic and vibrant for the warm weather season. Specifically, we believe you will finish this 6-Month Thrive & Shine Group with a deepened intuition for your body and feel:

  • Freedom to enjoy without deprivation or guilt.
  • Inspired to do what your body needs to feel healthy, strong and resilient.
  • Confident in the choices you make about your health and what’s “healthy.”
  • Empowered to continue working on your healthy path.

At Nourish Coaches, we create a safe place to explore where you are stuck and how you want to be free. Because we all thrive with accountability and you want to gain clarity about what is right for YOU, you get real-time feedback from both of us and from the group.

We are creating an intimate group so that each person feels heard and gets personal coaching along the way. Each session will outline specific tools about mental resilience and sustainable practices for nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset and connection.

Weekly: Fridays at 10:00 a.m.

Hybrid: Zoom or in-office (you pick each week what works best for you)

  • Address the Nourish Five Foundations of Health and how they affect true health.
  • Answer the question: What is true health?  We’ll give you challenges and experiments to explore.
  • Talk about cravings and what to do with them.
  • Explore intuitive eating and emotional resilience in the midst of stress.
  • Explain different diets, the diet culture and our mindset as we shop the grocery isles.

Hard copy of our 60 page Nourish Balance Thrive Workbook

Includes specific exercises, challenges and a road map to wellness that focus on our Five Foundations of Health. The workbook is your forever guide to refer to whenever you need inspiration.

Private Community

Private, social media connection throughout the 6 months to stay inspired and to keep each other accountable. You will benefit from hearing the questions, challenges and wins as well as feedback from us and others in the group.

Think of all the extra things we spend money on – like streaming services, apps, dining out, coffee, Prime services…it adds up. These are fine extras, but they don’t make us healthier. They don’t gift us life-long vitality.We’re limiting the group size in order to ensure intimate and personalized coaching.  We envision this group to be able to relate to each other in their quest to feel better, to connect on their struggles, to find the strength in each other, to commiserate on challenges and to celebrate all that is.
