5-Minute Watermelon Frappe

This recipe comes from one of our favorite resources, The World’s Healthiest Foods by George Mateljan.

watermelon frappe

4 c cold watermelon pieces

8 fresh mint leaves

Using a blender, blend together watermelon and mint until well integrated.  Strain through a mesh strainer into glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.
