The Nourish workshops have been very inspirational and informative. As a result of the workshops, I have made a few changes in in my eating habits like drinking more water during the day, eating more whole foods and limiting processed foods. Along with additional exercise and new eating habits, I have more energy and as a result I have lost 11 pounds!
Debbie and Wendy are a perfect combination of knowledge and nurture. At a recent Gut Health workshop I attended, they shared insights into the human body through the use of research and clear visuals that gave me a new appreciation for the importance of gut health. I also came away with small everyday changes I could make to improve my health right away, such as starting the day with lemon water (before my coffee!), and focusing on eating each meal more mindfully. All this in a comfortable, relaxed, sit-on-the-couch-with-friends setting that made talking about an intimate topic feel absolutely natural.
thought I knew a lot about nutrition and the food I needed to eat to achieve better health. The gut-healing workshop taught me so many new and fascinating things about our delicate microbiome. Following the program has helped me gain energy, balance my moods and finally be able to stop getting every cold or sore throat that comes around! All of this in a fun, supportive environment. Debbie and Wendy are a true joy to work with. Their passion for health and care of their clients is inspiring.
